A Garden Retreat

The ‘Auwai Suite is a lovely, self-contained apartment at the back of Waimea Guest House. It has a full kitchen, dining area, and beautiful tiled bathroom, as well as a large bedroom - with high vaulted ceilings, a queen bed, and two window seats - that opens out onto a shared back lanai.

To find the entrance to this unit, guests follow the traditional Hawaiian ‘auwai (irrigation ditch) that runs along the property towards the back. The most private of the suites, ‘Auwai Suite is a beautifully renovated, private garden guest room.
